8 New Toolboxes in development for 2008
Eight new Toolboxes will be developed in 2008 in the following industry areas:
- 11.01 Airworthiness Administration (MEA07 Aeroskills)
- 11.02 Children's Services (CHC02 Community Services)
- 11.03 Help from Within - Working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients (HLT07 Health)
- 11.04 Splash (NWP07 Water Industry)
- 11.05 Be Your Own Boss (BSB07 Business Services)
- 11.06 A Balancing Act (FNS04 Financial Services)
- 11.07 Optimate (MSA07 Process Manufacturing)
- 11.08 Events Alive (SIT07 Tourism, Hospitality and Events)

2006 Toolboxes and Learning Objects: Usage Trends in TAFE
The 2007 Toolbox Usage Report is now available. This report examines the use of Flexible Learning Toolboxes and the Toolbox Repository through a survey of 2224 VET practitioners. The results indicate an overwhelmingly positive attitude towards the value of Toolboxes with more than 50 TAFE institutes using the resources.

Information on 2008 Toolbox development
Flexible Learning Toolboxes is pleased to announce that Series 11 Toolbox development will commence in 2008. Consultation with Industry Skills Councils (ISCs) has identified the following as e-learning development priorities for 2008. The Request for Tender document will be made available on this site on January 29.
