of this research is to investigate the accessibility conformance
and policy implementation in VET, analyse the drivers and
obstacles in conformance, and suggest implementation procedures
that assist conformance.

culture in correctional workplaces and the ways in which

particular learning needs and preferences, and that is possible
to design to suit these needs and preferences. It is teachers
who are the key to providing highly tailored learning solutions
that can blend degrees of direction and self-direction to
most benefit learners.

The Consultant Researcher/Writer for 2003 is Phoebe Palmieri
from Victoria. Phoebe brings a vast experience of over 20
years in VET and has been an independent consultant since
1996. Phoebe has also been a researcher and evaluator, and
was a member of the KPMG team which evaluated the Australian
Flexible Learning Framework in 2002.
